Don't waste your money on time at this location. KFC has gone completely down hill in quality, and customer service, they should be embarrassed as a company.
Their lobby states open til 11pm but when we arrived at 745PM, 95% of it was sectioned off (closed for the night) we had a handicapped person in our party making it very inconvenient having to sit in such a confined area-- the table available was right next to the garbage cans and the front door- the current temperature was 52 outside, that plus the AC they had going made it even more uncomfortable with every door open. We didn't have the option to get up and take it some otherwise we would have left....
Extra crispy chicken was soggy, undercooked and had little to no breading. We asked to eat there and were given our food packaged to-go (adding to the sogginess of the chicken) mashed potatoes were extra watery and cold due to how cold it was in there.
Witnessed several other customers with long wait times even though their food orders said ready for pick up, even a customer who's food was given to the wrong driver, he was told to cancel his order and reorder on the app... like why is that the customers fault.. YOU WORK there, verify your orders before people take them..it wasn't that busy! Have some pride in your work and the company you represent. What a shame we wasted our hard earned money on this place

Went to kfc on Golf Links n ordered meal that cost 33.00. Drive thru asked what 3 sides I wanted. I told her two mash potatoes n one gray. She tells me mash n gravy are one side so what third side do I want. I say Mac n cheese. I get all the way home n look in bag thethey gave me two mash potatoes n no gravy. That ruin my meal everything was dry n I had to go to work so I called manager and she said come back when u can and we will give u mash n gravy. Hellooooooo..... like I'm gonna eat just a pint of mash n gravy by itself. Then manager got rude n hung up on me. I will never ever eat kfc again and everyone on internet will get told how bad the place is.

The chicken strips are very salty and the bun is hard, as if it had been there for a long time and they do not recommend the special ones and if you ask they tell you there is this one in the windows, they have neglected that place a lot.

They don’t even deserve a star. I did an online order and the app said it was ready and they didn’t have any of my food ready. When I came in the cashier Penny (if that’s even her name, the old white lady) at the front didn’t even acknowledge me. The girl from the drive thru window came to help me leaving her window to help pack my food. Penny was very rude and when I came up to ask for my food she was very rude saying it’s not ready when it said ready on app. Customer service is just terrible at this location. Thanks to the other girl though 👍

Took my grandson to get something and it was more crowded than usual. The tall young lady at the counter was pleasant, courteous, and on point. Our box meals were quick and when we actually sat down to eat at home, very good and filling!
Dietary restrictions: Had diet pepsi but would like a bigger choice like maybe zero sugar drinks in the Pepsi line!

This place needs to be shut down. Too many incidents I've had and I'm feeling like the dummy who keeps going to get screwed over every time. These people are very unprofessional I was told by an employee name Amanda. I'm just an employee, like that's suppose to comfort me as she's telling me what they don't have. Smh got my food and not only was my 4 biscuits missing, one of my tenders and a fry was missing as well. Enough is enough I'm so done with this place I advise you not to waste your time there or money. Unless you're into rude people a nasty store oh yeah watch them pick some boxes of the floor they dropped didn't wash their hands the manager wiped her nose with the back of her hand. Damn all this for some chicken, I bet you they'll be the next ones with a outbreak... EAT THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
I ordered a famous bowl and it had only 3 nuggets, very little mashed potatoes, and it was swimming with gravy. It had so much gravy that it made the mashed potatoes soupy. I don't appreciate paying over $10 for a meal and getting a bowl full of gravy.

I love this KFC. The last three experiences I've had there in the last six months have been great. The people who work there are always so friendly, nice, and helpful. They are apologetic even when I was wrong about an order. I really love coming here. Food is never bad for KFC level food. Haven't had a bad experience with food or service. I drive across town to eat here.

When I say horrible I mean horrible my boyfriend works here I called the work phone for an emergency to reach him and not only did I have to call 3 - 4 times to get someone to answer which was manager a (Black Lady) , tried to call again and at this point she was ignoring my calls I have 4 calls recorded this is not professional I will be calling to speak the the gm in the morning and I'd like the owner to also see this review so you can see what kind of management runs this establishment especially at night. This is probably how the customers get done as well
