My first time here and they took forever to get my order ready even though the parking lot and lobby was dead whatever things happen nothings perfect but when my bf went in to grab the food the lady upfront threw the food at him. very rude worst first impression ever i will stick to the Valencia location

Don't waste your money on time at this location. KFC has gone completely down hill in quality, and customer service, they should be embarrassed as a company.
Their lobby states open til 11pm but when we arrived at 745PM, 95% of it was sectioned off (closed for the night) we had a handicapped person in our party making it very inconvenient having to sit in such a confined area-- the table available was right next to the garbage cans and the front door- the current temperature was 52 outside, that plus the AC they had going made it even more uncomfortable with every door open. We didn't have the option to get up and take it some otherwise we would have left....
Extra crispy chicken was soggy, undercooked and had little to no breading. We asked to eat there and were given our food packaged to-go (adding to the sogginess of the chicken) mashed potatoes were extra watery and cold due to how cold it was in there.
Witnessed several other customers with long wait times even though their food orders said ready for pick up, even a customer who's food was given to the wrong driver, he was told to cancel his order and reorder on the app... like why is that the customers fault.. YOU WORK there, verify your orders before people take them..it wasn't that busy! Have some pride in your work and the company you represent. What a shame we wasted our hard earned money on this place

Went to kfc on Golf Links n ordered meal that cost 33.00. Drive thru asked what 3 sides I wanted. I told her two mash potatoes n one gray. She tells me mash n gravy are one side so what third side do I want. I say Mac n cheese. I get all the way home n look in bag thethey gave me two mash potatoes n no gravy. That ruin my meal everything was dry n I had to go to work so I called manager and she said come back when u can and we will give u mash n gravy. Hellooooooo..... like I'm gonna eat just a pint of mash n gravy by itself. Then manager got rude n hung up on me. I will never ever eat kfc again and everyone on internet will get told how bad the place is.
