I ordered the piggy tacos, and they were absolutely delicious!! The order comes with 2 tacos & a choice of a side. I ordered green beans and they weren't too hard or too soft. They were just right. The customer service was nice and courteous. They thanked me for my patience and took my order soon after. It was my first time, I am glad I learned about them today.

Got here at 10am and joined a couple people in line. Their St Louis ribs have a sweet honey caramelized teriyaki, jerky-like top layer while preserving the savory fatty pork beneath. This is a uniquely sugary take on ribs in Tucson since most of the ribs here are purely savory/spiced. Reminds me of char siu pork in the best way!
The brisket falls apart if you look at it too hard. Packed with beefy flavor and a peppery bark.
