We were seated quickly, but then the waiter took a while. We ordered the appetizer which was good. The ahi salad was terrible. Dressing was just Wasabi, mouthful of shredded onion on top, and pieces too big to eat without a knife. The waiter never came back so I could ask for a knife or dressing. The black and blue burger was beyond black and just a briquette. The fries were cold and stale. Had to go to the bar to pay for our drinks and app because the waiter took so long and anybody walking by wouldn't make eye contact.

Loved the interior the lights were dim the cocktails were good but the service was not that great our server ignored us most the time after we got our food and alittle unsanitary with the sneezing in the air and putting the hands through there hair while serving you your glass by the rim and the food was not good had little to no flavor and the combinations were alittle different but that was for the meal we had not reflecting the whole menu but prices were very affordable.

Wow! Old school tiki in Tucson. It's been around for at least a generation. Are they the best drinks that you've ever had? Nope, but they're super affordable, and they're not that bad at all for what you pay for. The food was way better than I expected. This is a tiki bar from the 60's that still is in operation. Just sitting at the bar, and thinking of the history that has taken place within those four walls is worth the visit. If you're a fan of history and tiki, this is a strong argument to take the trip to Tucson just to check this bucket list bar off.

Kon tiki is a Tucson staple, your typical dive bar feel that the smoke still lingers in the wall from the days you could smoke indoors. It's definitely dark inside and they have a patio area we opted to sit in. The mainly specialize in pork dishes, pork slider, ribs, nachos. We came for happy hour which was a killer deal honestly. The portion sizes are perfect for sharing and drinks are very reasonably priced! I don't think I'd come here for anything else besides happy hour.

Waitress was good. But food took forever, My monkey sticks were way overcooked, dry and no sauce. My sweet potato fries were cold. Seemed like the kitchen was were the problem was. Will still return. Maybe not on a Friday though.

We were here for happy hour and sit at the bar. Two bartenders were working and it took 30 minutes to be asked for our drink order. The bartender that made our drinks would only take one person's order at a time instead of taking all three of our orders at the same time. The other bartender, I'm not sure what he was doing since he wasn't making drinks. The food was horrible. This place has changed for the worse. The owner should invest in better bartenders! This place needs Jon Taffer's help!

Went here for a birthday celebration and for having a large group, the waiter was incredibly attentive. Very dark in the back but the food and drinks made it worth it.

We sat next to the soothing "waterfall". We shared the Luau platter which was delicious and had a couple tropical drinks. Very nice time and will be back.Wheelchair accessibility: Looks like most of the restaurant is on one floor, the sidewalk out front has no steps that we could see.

This place has been here probably thirty-forty years and hasn't changed one bit. A friend told me about it being a tradition for her & her golfing friends, and on her recommendation, we first visited almost 20 years ago. It's tucked into a shopping strip but is definitely its own little world--the entrance tells you that right away! Perfect classic tiki bar. The inside is amazing--grass huts everywhere! We sat at the bar & enjoyed a rum punch and a mai tai, CHEAP. They have full on pupu -platters, really awesome. We shared some steamed dumplings & our drinks, then went on our way. This dark bar & $8 drinks (some were more, but not the $14-16 I'm seeing so many other places) will make you want to while the afternoon away, on into evening...
