First time at this location and they did not disappoint!! They didn’t have a kind of donut we ordered so they wrote a lovely note, and gave us the pop tart donuts instead. They also added a coupon, great service Jalen!!
Donuts aren't hot and fresh anymore. Feels like they are pre-made for the day and when they run out they run out.... Which means online ordering also becomes difficult to do because of they run low they turn online ordering off. I enjoy the ability to order ahead but really miss watching the donuts be made and really really miss the hot fresh donuts. The price of the donuts feels worth it when you get to watch the machine while eating your fresh hot box with coffee. Now that...
I was really excited to get the grinch box and the website said the grinch doughnuts were supposed to be filled with cookies and cream and it was really disappointing when I got them and they weren’t filled at all. The people are really nice when I go and the doughnuts were still good but it was just sad to not get what I thought I was getting.
