Wonderful Native American (Indian) and Michoacán Mexican dishes. Definitely try the flat enchiladas and green chicken enchiladas!

We waited 45 minutes to get the table which was understandable knowing that it's Valentines day. But waiting more than an hour just to get our food that was crazy, mind you we had a toddler and 2 other kids with us. Food was not worth waiting for at all. On top of that we didn't get a receipt, thankfully my sister sent the receipt to her phone from the tap pay. We checked the iteams they over charged us for 3 drinks!!! Not the best experience we had. It did not felt like a real authentic mexcian food.

I haven't eaten here in years since it was over on north fourth. But im glad I did it's long standing name and reputation speak for itself! I had a carne seca chimi enchilada style delicious! It's a quaint cozy little spot perfect for lunch in or outside.

This restaurant was highly recommended by a lovely woman we met at the Desert Museum, and it turned out to be such a great find. It’s a lively little spot full of character. We arrived late, but they seated us right away. Even though they had run out of a few items after a busy day, the dishes we ordered did not disappoint.
Our server, Abraham, was an absolute gem. He shared a bit of his life story, and as a mother, it truly touched my heart. He’s an impressive young man who makes the dining experience feel even more personal. The food itself was delicious, comforting and familiar, like enjoying a homemade meal at your aunt’s house. We even managed to snag a flan right before the kitchen closed, and it was wonderful.

Was disappointed by the service and food. It took over an hour to get a kids meal and an entree. The workers seemed to not really care about anything. The food was not as good as others hyped it up to be. Definitely can find the same quality or better for cheaper and faster service.

My favorite local Mexican restaurant. They keep it real. A fantastic blend of Mexican and native foods. A perfect place to bring your out-of-town guests who want to try a Navajo taco!

the mole is hands down my favorite mole i’ve had in the US! i’ve lived all throughout the south west and this is my favorite i’ve found. it’s the perfect amount of chocolate, nutty and spicy.
every time my husband and i visit here he always gets the daily special and the meal is perfect. we’ve eaten almost every daily special they have to offer.
the staff is the most wonderful group of people!! they are so welcoming, warm and personable. they have great knowledge of the menu and make great recommendations.
i recommended the restaurant to all my friends and family when they are visiting the tucson area. you must 100% make a stop and get some quality home cooking!

Excellent service and the food was incredible too. Grateful to have found La Indita and to support a family owned business since ‘83. Thank you! The outdoor seating area was perfect for us.
