FIVE STARS: The best Mexican cuisine in town. You must visit this family-run business. Authentic!
Lots of tasty options. Hard to choose! Great outdoor and indoor seating areas and ambiance. Really friendly wait staff! Family restaurant. Opened back in the 80s! Very lovely place.
Ordered a combo platter with a spinach enchilada, potato taco, bean tarascan taco, beans and rice. All of it was bland and lacked flavor. The tomato sauce on the taco tasted like canned tomato paste. I didn’t finish eating it and didn’t want to take it home either. Service was at least friendly.
The fry bread taco is good!
Easy to park.

It started with the struggle to find parking, which seemed impossible despite the restaurant being nearly empty. After circling the block a few times, we finally found a spot and walked in, only to be greeted by complete silence. There wasn't a single employee in sight. Confused, we made our way to the front and were handed menus with instructions to pick our seats. Already, things were off to a rough start.
We sat down and waited, and waited, and waited. Ten minutes passed before we were even given chips, salsa, and water. We thought things were finally starting to move, but no one came back to check on us. Another 30 minutes went by before a kind gentleman finally appeared to take our order. At this point, we were losing patience, but we hoped the food would make up for the long wait.
When the food finally arrived, it was my boyfriend’s order—mine was nowhere to be seen. We waited another 10 minutes, getting more and more impatient with every second. When we finally flagged the waiter down, he apologized, only to tell us that my meal had been given to another table. I was too defeated to be upset; I just wanted to leave.
The entire experience felt like complete chaos. It seemed like everyone was helping out, but no one was truly in charge of any table. The disorganization was palpable. To top it off, I couldn't shake the feeling that there was only one cook in the back, which might explain the delays. It was a heartbreaking disappointment from start to finish. I came in hungry and hopeful and left feeling utterly let down. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Really loved the outdoor area, it was so nice to sit on the patio. The chips and salsa were delicious! The main dishes were very good too, flavorful and fresh. A lady was also making fresh tortillas sobaqueras 💜

The menu has many options which say vegetarian, most of which can be made vegan by omitting the cheese. We had mushroom tacos and eggplant enchiladas. Both were excellent. They could add a new label for foods that can easily be made vegan.
