Has quickly become my go-to coffee spot during the workweek. Great service, friendly staff, and awesome coffee. Try their specialty coffee, Cafe De Olla, the spices are wonderful and balanced. My favorite is the Chapopin, great balance of flavors, and the 32oz size option is certainly a nice change from other spots!
Service is amazing here! The staff is al says so friendly. The Americanos are my favorite! Very smooth flavor. I highly recommend this place!
What a hidden gem. Coffee was incredible, cafe de olla muffin was so moist so fresh! Owners were so kind. AC was blasting in the indoor seating so don’t worry about it being a coffee cart in the summer. Easily my new go-to local spot.

Chappopin Cafe is a vibrant and welcoming Tucson gem, offering a perfect mix of great coffee, culture, and community. The atmosphere is fun, colorful, cozy, and full of good energy and positive vibes, with plenty of space inside and out for hanging with friends and family. Customers order from a food truck first before going inside to eat, drink, and shop. The coffee drinks are creative and delicious, with a notable latin influence; highlights include the café de olla, horchata latte, Monte Cristo, and Chata coffee with pumpkin pie cold foam. The chorizo burrito, veggie burrito, and rotating daily burritos like the Barbacoa are all highly praised. The staff and owner are very friendly, knowledgeable, warm, welcoming, nice, happy, and talkative, providing great customer service. The shop also features beautiful clay mugs and jewelry direct from Mexico for sale. Parking is easy with about 20 spots right on Stone Avenue. With reasonable prices and a wonderful atmosphere, it is a highly recommended local spot.
