I’m genuinely saddened to write this, because this is a place my family and I have supported for years. We’ve always enjoyed their food and excellent coffee, which makes this experience even more disappointing. During our visit today, I placed an order for three meals and three coffees—one each for my husband, my son, and myself. The drinks arrived, then the food for my husband and son, but nothing for me. When I asked about my meal, the staff member checked and told me they had only rung in two meals. My son, who was standing next to me during the order, confirmed that I clearly ordered all three items. It appears the employee simply failed to ring in my meal, and I did not notice the mistake on the receipt—something most customers reasonably wouldn’t scrutinize when ordering. Instead of acknowledging their error and simply preparing the missing food, I was told they could make my meal only if I paid for it since it wasn’t on the receipt. I asked to speak with the manager, hoping for common-sense customer service. Unfortunately, the manager—while offering an apology—repeated the same stance: they would only make the food if I paid, even though it was their mistake and I had already waited while my family ate. Her attitude made it clear she did not care. For a place we have supported for years, this was extremely disappointing. Any self-respecting establishment would correct their own error and make the missing meal without charging the customer again. After this experience, we will not be returning. It’s sad to see a restaurant I genuinely liked treat loyal customers so poorly.
I had some time to kill before going to the airport so I stopped here for breakfast.
At first I was tempted to get the quiche, but when multiple people in front of me ordered the Buzz Bagel Sandwich, I decided I had to try that instead. I got it on a sesame bagel. It was so yummy, and so was the ginger spiced latte.
Staff was friendly and professional
It was very busy (understandably), so be prepared to stand in line, especially if you go on a Sunday morning like me
Good coffee, good breakfast items, great pastries.

This cafe breakfast & lunch, is outstanding! It’s always a busy spot and for good measure. Excellent food, fresh and delicious. I belong to a coffee meetup group so I’m there at least once a week. They have inside & outside seating. The staff is A+

This is a great place for a fresh & wonderful meal, along with lots of pastries & desserts to top you off, if you have room. The portion sizes are perfect so you will not leave hungry! Service is very good but it can get confusing & a little chaotic, simply because it is so busy, all the time! If you plan on eating in or on the patio, have someone in your party get a table while you order, otherwise you're at the mercy of those who are finished with their meal(s) & will give up the table. I was just there for my birthday & had to wait for a table for about 10 minutes & when you went to sit down another lady literally jumped in front of us & sat down. So, after another 10 minutes, my friend & I were able to get a table. As soon as I sat down the sun was on my back, so I moved to the end of the table and by the time we had finished eating I had moved 3 times to escape the sun. My meal was great but I was seriously uncomfortable. Then, about the time we were leaving, the misters came on. I really wish they had a better plan for seating & they really need to make better shade for the tables that need it!
I recommend you know what you want before you go and save a table for your best experience!
