Ordered online got the message and email that my order was ready, go to pick it up and they forgot to make one of the pizzas 🍕 or lost is, then can hear them arguing about it in the back saying they never saw that order or pizza come out and blah blah blah it's always something when coming to this location, and the atmosphere is not that great either.

We had our order given away to someone else with the same name. The lady that was in charge did apologize. She was super busy and seemed overwhelmed. It wasn't the best feeling having to wait for our food to be made again, but I understand.

This is the normal location I go to when I want pizza, and usually everything goes well. This time however, when I ordered an extra most bestest cheese pizza, it took nearly 35 minutes when i was quoted 15 minutes, which isn't the end of the world when they're super busy like they were yesterday. The problem is that I received an all feta cheese pizza with almost no sauce on the pizza and it tasted horrible, it had a terrible consistency. There was also pieces of onion...
