Miss Jenine takes great care of us at Lucky Strike. We bring an adaptive group and they always make room for us. The place is always clean and there's always plenty of bowling balls. Miss Sue always keeps waters ready on the counter for us to grab so we can stay hydrated. It feels like we're with friends when we go to Lucky Strike.
I was lucky( no pun intended) to experience phenomenal service. Audrey was attentive and super nice. She met the families needs with a smile and made our experience there fantastic.
I was there the other day and there was this one worker, I think her name tag said Kya I believe, she was able to help us out and made sure we were able to get what we needed pretty well and in a timely manner. She also helped us with our food as well, and our pizza was still hot and fresh, I was honestly surprised she wasn’t employee of the month. 20/10 customer experience, my friends and I will be going to this location again!!
