Mariscos Chihuahua on Grande

Asked the wonderful people at The American Antique mall off 22nd what their favorite Mexican restaurant was * They said this place hands down* They were right! The bacon wrapped shrimp with peppers and cheese is incredible! As well as everything else we ordered including the flan* The atmosphere was comfortable and very welcoming* The staff goes above and beyond! Loved everything about dining there! Highly recommend!! Thank you!

Nice spot with something a bit different than the norm in Tucson. The seafood was seasoned nicely.

Had a wonderful, HUGE bowl of shrimp ceviche for a very reasonable price. The salsa is good, with a lingering kick of heat, and the margaritas were tasty. Hubby had a tasty chicken dish with an interesting green sauce. Service was excellent. I have to say they are DEFINITELY focused on seafood, so don't expect many menu offerings outside that genre. The decor is nice, with gorgeous seashore paintings on the walls. We will be back when we are next in Tucson!

Parking: Not a huge amount of off-street parking, but we were there late in the evening and had no trouble finding a spot.

In truth, I was craving the broth so much and we ordered 2 dishes from 7 seas, it was a disappointment, my companion and I worked in the kitchen and since the broth was reheated, we were forced to think it was from the previous day, but we went on a Wednesday and saw They close on Tuesday, so I would know if it was Monday or Sunday, my son ordered fried fish, it's good. We had a shift change and the cashier or waitress, since she arrived, was on the phone. The truth is I would avoid returning
