Don't normally go to McDonald's and this visit confirmed why. To make sure that the order was taken correctly, opted to place it at the register which was a mistake. No workers noticed someone standing at the register for 5 to 10 minutes. The only way to place an order is through the self service kiosks.
It's been awhile that I've been to McDonald's. I was very disappointed no one greeted us, ordering was challenging for me, waited for awhile to get a refill, but the biggest disappointment was the size of the meat on my big Mac.
Great food, they dont always get everything correct, still great. The order Kiosk is to use without help and card readers are poor. Hashbrowns are great again. Fish sandwich is still fantastic.
