I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order at the front counter. It seemed the focus of the front staff was drive-thru. Someone should be designated priority to take care of front counter customers. Then help with drive-thru when no customers are at the front counter.

The food is consistent with McDonald's menu, which I believe is overpriced, but the young man running the front end is outstanding. Since McDonald's moved to self-service stations, which is terrible customer service, assistance was provided with ease and politeness.

Sarashopsalot here with another review. This is the 2nd time they haven't forgotten something in my order and we've had to go back to get it, in the last 3 weeks. This is one of two locations near us. We live about 10 to 15 minutes away. We come home and notice someone's order wasn't there but on the ticket. Theyre are apologetic about the situation but we still have to go back to pick it up. Were going to have to look through the bags before we leave for now...
