I feel bad about my previous raiting, having been explained there was an issue inside I was unaware of. I feel so terrible. My apologies. Its always good to think that its possible something isnt right inside when things arnt going your way. Im glad I went in and was able to meet everyone. Thank you guys. (Mc Donald's is better with extra melted cheese)

I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order at the front counter. It seemed the focus of the front staff was drive-thru. Someone should be designated priority to take care of front counter customers. Then help with drive-thru when no customers are at the front counter.

The food is consistent with McDonald's menu, which I believe is overpriced, but the young man running the front end is outstanding. Since McDonald's moved to self-service stations, which is terrible customer service, assistance was provided with ease and politeness.
