Service today: it took 30 to 45 minutes to place an order today. The online ordering service was non-functional and would not take my order. I then called in and they could not understand my credit card number. Therefore zero stars for today service. Service for years ago: In the restaurant it was a great place, five stars all the way. The average of today's extra hour of dealing with the fiasco and 4 years ago comes out rounded to two stars.
Recommended dishes: 21 Pho Tai, Pho Soup
Everything is great about this place except the fact that prices have increased very frequently in past few years. This makes this restaurant no longer a great budget/value option.

Used to be good food... now not.
Pho is lacking flavor, mushy noodles, mushy spring rolls... I was embarrassed when I took a friend there and told them how good it would be. . Yuck.
The atmosphere and service has always been meh.

Given that it's near the university, I had *assumed* Miss Saigon was just a low tier place for easy access Vietnamese food- but tell me why I'm always fighting my friends for us to eat here over any other place. I love their Bun bo hue here and always order it when I come here and highly recommend the place!

Sweet little place with good service but the food is not great. I've had really excellent Vietnamese food in many places across many states, but this food lacked a depth of flavor that was disappointing. The bun and pho were so bland. It's not terrible, but I won't be back.
