Miss Saigon is the undisputed Pho Ambassador of Tucson. When Tucson asks “Where should I get Pho?” Miss Saigon responds commandingly: “Come get it here, you won’t regret it.” In fact, the only thing I ever regret about going to Miss Saigon, is ordering the large pho and filling up about halfway through it. Delicious and delicate broth topped with fresh ingredients. Paired with a Tsingtao or a Lucky Buddha; I’m a happy camper. I always get the #24 which comes packed with lots of beefy protein that just blends so seamlessly with that outstanding broth. Can’t wait to go back for more 💖

Food is delicious and portions sizable. The real reason I’m writing this review is that I accidentally my left my purse there and only realized 2 hours later. I ran back to the restaurant panicked, but thankfully the staff had kept it safe behind the counter. Nothing was missing🙌🏻 also during our meal, a lovely woman also passed by to refill our waters when we were running low and offered to fill up my water bottle, including ice. Very kind staff and great service

The pho was excellent, the fried egg rolls were great, chicken and shrimp skewers were also quite good, and we'll be back for those. I won't be back for the spring rolls, which were 80% lettuce, 10% noodle, a very small amount of whatever the designated flavor is, e g. pork. I thought there would be cilantro at least. I really love spring rolls, so I tried the spring roll variety plate. I figured that at least one of them would be tempting, but they all pretty much tasted the same-- a mouth full of shredded iceberg. Very disappointing. I also didn't care for their peanut sauce, but I loved their fish sauce.
Dietary restrictions: Several gluten-free options available. The online menu designates them, but the in-house menu does not

Delicious, fresh, authentic Vietnamese food. On a Wednesday night it was packed full and the staff were extremely swift and attentive. Delicious food too! The only negative was that many of the dishes listed in the vegetarian section contained chicken (but at least it was mentioned on the menu!). 5/5
