Worst experience ever. We ordered lettuce wraps and there was a bug on the lettuce which is already disgusting enough,, they brought us some plates one was DIRTY never coming back. The restaurant was basically empty, and our waiter did not acknowledge us host has to come and get our drink and order. Super disappointing and honestly gross. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Miss Saigon Downtown used to have the best service and food of all the Miss Saigon locations, but something has changed since our last visit.
The menu has been updated with new items, and unfortunately some longtime favorites are gone. I tried the ribeye steak and asparagus ($38), and it fell flat. While the steak was cooked properly, it arrived cold. The asparagus was substituted without being mentioned, and the vegetables (broccoli and squash) were under-seasoned. For the price, the dish lacked the signature Miss Saigon flair I’ve come to expect.
On a positive note, the crispy egg rolls ($12) and meatball pho ($21) was just as delicious as always—the broth remains consistently flavorful. However, we were disappointed to learn that the Pho Super Bowl is no longer offered.
We didn’t visit during a dinner rush, yet the service was noticeably below the standard it had been last year. Overall, this location no longer compares to our past experiences.
Going forward, I’ll be sticking with the Miss Saigon Craycroft location instead.

Ordered a med rare ribeye... got a well done ribeye... flavor was decent and able to recover thanks to some wonderful sauces... cocktails were great and at the perfect price point. Atmo was gorgeous and music was hitting just right. Inside and outside were lovely, plus you're right downtown and able to check out the surrounding area no problem.

First time trying Vietnamese food. Both of us truly enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend Saigon Blossoms. Good food, great atmosphere and the service was very pleasant.

I ordered food, through UberEats, for delivery at 9pm tonight. At 10:15pm, I was still waiting. The driver tells me the restaurant refused to make my food and the kitchen was closed. So disappointing. Im sick and was really looking forward to that pho. Horrible customer service.
Our server Robert was incredible!

This review contains a warning. The food--outstanding. The execution of the service was great. The decor was lovely. We all really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and the service.
However--here is the warning. My (older) mother-in-law ALWAYS gives a cash tip and we tip more than 20%. My mother-in-law is diligent about comparing her receipts to her credit card charges. When she checked her credit card receipt, there was an additional $20 added to our check. In other words, the server added a $20 tip for himself when he entered the check into the computer, in addition to the $40 cash we already gave him, putting his tip at about 30%. So, while the food was lovely, this is a place where you will have to check your receipt. Someone does not just do this once and probably counts on the fact that most people (me included) do not compare their credit card charges to their bills.

The food is good, I loved getting pho on a regular basis at their previous downtown location. It was reasonably affordable. However, once they moved into their more expensive location the prices are rough for what you get. Expect with a tip to pay $25 for just soup (noodles/broth) with a very small portion of meat. Not worth the cost to me anymore. Still love the food though. Id rather eat somewhere less “fancy” looking and have the food be affordable than vice versa.

My friend and I enjoyed a delicious and wonderful lunch at this beautiful restaurant earlier this afternoon. Our amazing server was Kelly - she was extremely attentive, efficient, friendly and informative. The two of us look forward to coming back for a wonderful evening experience.

Beautiful place! Always loved Ms. Saigon, this was no different in terms of the high quality food and excellent service. Came in on a busy Saturday evening, short wait and we were seated promptly. Robert, our server, was outstanding! Great service, food came out quickly, and was great as always. Wife loved the dumplings with a side of their garlic chili sauce (Robert was kind enough to bring us some from the kitchen), and the shaken beef never misses! Great experience overall. Do yourself a favor and stop by, you won’t disappointed!

Great atmosphere and great lunch specials! From the entrees to the appetizers, you really get your bang for your buck. I will say, even for a weekday, they were quite busy. But the servers worked quickly and did their best to give everyone the help they needed.
The grilled pork was well-seasoned to my liking. And I'm always a fan of fresh spring rolls. Overall, pretty sweet experience.
