Over thirty minute wait after not having food for ordered dishes

Slow Sunday afternoon, my server only had one other table. They have a designated person who delivers food to table, does not ask if you need anything else. Server had to be flagged down 4 times to get any attention. C

Checked in here after our conference with four of us it’s a great authentic place with great service and tasty of food. If you’re into Asian food, I recommend it.

They have a nice atmosphere and a good menu. I thought the food was quite good and the wait staff was friendly enough. It looked like they were doing some upgrading to the patio area so we'll have to return to see that in the coming months.

Parking: If you're there on the weekends parking is free around the area except for the parking garages but during the week you'll have to pay for street parking and parking garages.

On our second visit to the downtown location, we found the service to be good, the food adequate, and the atmosphere above average. But with prices higher than the Miss Saigon Campbell location, and portions smaller, we'll drive the extra few miles. Thanks for your time.

Don’t expect to get anything 45-60 mins before they close depending on who’s there they will tell you it’s closed.

Luz should not be anywhere near a customer. Very disrespectful as she tells me “I guess” when I asked to set my STEAMING HOT tea down. All I got was a “I guess”. What has the customer service world become!! If it weren’t for the food I’d rate this place a negative. It’s sad when I’m a regular and I’m treated that way

We had ordered takeout from Miss Saigon the other night, and while I was walking back to my car, a waiter, Robert, came running after me to let me know that they had neglected to provide sauces for the pho. Robert went above and beyond, ensuring that we had everything we needed for our takeaway meal. Special thanks to Robert for his kindness and hospitality, he made our night even better! We'll definitely be back!!

Vegetarian options: The vegetarian pho with the fried tofu is delicious!

Best local business for Vietnamese food they have 4 locations all around tucson! Downtown location got remodel and is look better than ever also a great place to get some boba!

The food and the vibes are immaculate. I’m only giving three stars because it’s a crime not to include Thai basil in to go pho orders. I even called back to specifically ask for it. The woman who took my order was very kind, and assured me it would be included. When I got home, no basil!!! I’m sorry, but for me, it’s a staple. The same thing has happened to me multiple times at the Campbell location.

Came in 30 minutes before close and they said they weren’t seating anybody else for the rest of the night. Went down the street to another restaurant with same business hours and were served without a problem. Will never return
