URSA is somewhat difficult for me to review.
I’ve been fortunate to dine at many Michelin-starred restaurants in the U.S. and internationally, so at roughly $150 per person, I found myself comparing URSA not simply with other Tucson restaurants, but with the ambitious tasting-menu experiences it clearly aspires to join.

Our second time at Ursa and hugely enjoyable. The new family style menu is absolutely incredible, everything served was clearly made with such joy and passion but also skill and precision. We look forward to returning many times in the future!
After having lived in LA and NYC, I longed for fine dining in Tucson. My dream came true with Ursa.
