Dining at Ursa Desert is truly something special. The food is thoughtful, creative, and beautifully executed. Every dish feels like a work of art without ever losing its warmth or flavor. You can tell there’s real intention behind every detail. I’m so impressed with what they’ve created here. This is the kind of place you find yourself thinking about long after the meal is over. Highly recommend.
What a unique experience. Tasting menu was phenomenal, elk tartar, bison and venison did NOT taste like game meat and even had some cacti. Service was great, music was a little loud, but the hostess turned it down for us.
Very good and interesting experience. It is a set menu, and portions are small as they're designed for tasting. Not for stuffing yourself.
Service - service was friendly and efficient. For a Friday night it was not crowded at all, so I'd be curious if that was different during a crowd
