This was definitely a night to remember. I am so grateful for the experience. Eight course tasting menu with flavors that I cannot really describe other than - wow. They captured the essence of Sonora and the desert flora and fauna. Several of the bites just linger in my memory. Amazing experience. Kind, down to earth, smart staff. Beautiful under spoken vibes. Thank you Ursa.
We finally got to try Ursa last weekend and it did not disappoint. The chef and team have done an incredible job of translating the Sonoran desert into a unique tasting menu experience.
The meal was about nine courses and each one was both delicious and unlike anything I have had before.
We tried both the alcoholic and nonalcoholic pairings. Both were very well done and complemented the courses perfectly.
