After having lived in LA and NYC, I longed for fine dining in Tucson. My dream came true with Ursa. I’ve been fortunate to dine at many Michelin-starred restaurants in the U.S. and internationally, so at roughly $150 per person, I found myself comparing URSA not simply with other Tucson restaurants, but with the ambitious tasting-menu experiences it clearly aspires to join.
