Warm, cozy, inviting atmosphere, and the food is always delicious (especially the shrimp and pork spring rolls with peanut sauce and the pho)! Helpful and friendly service and super reasonable prices, too!

Place never misses. 2nd time here. Bun is nice and cool for a hot day. Great cozy spot for a meet up because they arrive quickly take your order and food also is quick. Taste is fantastic as usual. Will be here again.

Service was terrible. No smile, no welcome in, no bye have a good day. Asked a question about the menu and the server responded back with an attitude. The service at a restaurant really creates the experience, and this server ruined it. Older middle aged lady. If the food wasn’t good, I would’ve been mad about giving my money to this place.

We enter building where is says please be waited we look around there's a couple customers here but no server in sight waiting like 5 min then we began to seat ourselves then this short latina waitress yelled out confront of everyone u can't sit there because it's an 8 top , u can sit at any 2 top. She had no customer service or any kind of apologetic skills she seemed like ina hurry for what reason? Only 2 customers in building like please take a chill pill bruh. If You are unhappy with your job then find another ! Simple!
Located across from the Amtrak station, I anticipated the place being busier on a Friday night. We walked in and waited about 10 min until someone actually seated us. I had to go up to the bar to ask for a table. Once seated, their service was very good. Several people waited on us, asking several times if we needed anything else. My husband got the regular size #29. I got the #57, and my son got the chicken fried rice. My husband and my meals were delicious. Lots of flavor and great portion size. The fried rice was huge but didn't have too much flavor. Not what they're known for, so I wasn't too disappointed by that. Did take a while for someone to take our credit card and cash out, even while not too busy. Would go again.

Bad service. We came in for late lunch on 1/22/24 during visiting Tucson downtown. By that time there is 1 man at the bar to drink, and 2 of us. In the counter there are 2 -3 staffs but they seems not care of customers after bringing the menu, no water . We waited for a while and hope got their notice. But no. We decided to leave there.
