Based on the reviews, Saigon Blossoms | Miss Saigon Downtown ~ Evolved offers great food and an awesome atmosphere with reasonable prices. The food is delicious as always, with specific meals like the noodle bowl with chicken, tofu and eggplant, and chicken soup receiving praise. The chicken soup comes in a giant bowl with a nice touch of ginger and fresh herbs. The orange chicken is very tasty and moist, though the chicken pieces are fried. The cocktails, including the Dradonfruit paloma, are great and at the perfect price point. The atmosphere is gorgeous, beautiful, and very pleasant, though the place is very dark and makes reading the menu hard. Service can be slow, with some wait staff taking 20 minutes for a drink order or not refilling water. However, the bartender and wait staff are generally courteous and friendly.
