It is so nice to go to a restaurant today that has both great food and service! And terrific value. Everyone is friendly and makes the experience one to remember. The fresh made tortillas are amazing. A must stop for visiting guests. Thank you!
The food is delicious with generous portion sizes. My personal favorites are the guacamole tostadas and the entire breakfast menu. They often have a woman on site making fresh tortillas, and they are delicious. As of January 2025 Mosaic Dos is closing by 4pm and 3pm on Sunday. I don't know when dinner hours will return, so I recommend calling 1st if you're coming from far away.

4 other tables occupied when I got here.
Since I had an hour for lunch, figured would have plenty of time.
Was given chips and salsa after ordering which was a good thing, because it took 40 min to get food.
Pork loin good
Carne asada tasteless tough shoe leather

Much better options in town
