Barbecue here is valid! I’m talking tendernisim you hear me! Very welcoming atmosphere with long and short tables for dining in that makes you feel like you’re at home in your neighborhood even as a guest. I enjoyed the Mac & cheese , pecan pie, baked beans and the fried catfish as well!
This place is amazing! We drove in from the Eastside to hear what everyone was talking about and it was more than what we expected! Mr. K is so kind and helped us with his menu. We ordered the 3 meat plate with brisket, rib, and a hot link. All 3 had the unique flavor that only cooking with love can do. We got the greens and creamy mack and cheese as side and they were packed with flavor. We also ordered the catfish and it was done so we'll we could eat it without any sauces!...
Ordered the brisket plate with the beans and coleslaw. Always good but did not realize sauce was already added. Would recommend asking customer if they would like sauce on the side. I like to taste the meat, the portion that was not covered was very good and moist. The sauce was good and sweet but rather taste the meat.
