Native Grill & Wings

My boyfriend went in to pick up an order and all of the staff ignored until the manager came. Very bad service.

Met a friend for a beer and watch a baseball game. Nice atmosphere, clean and friendly staff. Didn't try the food, so I can't speak to it.

Service was good. Food was okay. Nothing special, decent. I found it a bit plain.

When I came in I had to wait for a table to be cleaned. I was then seated at a table but the tables were very sticky. I had to lay napkins across the table. We ordered wings and the wings were good but the fish platter was gross. They weren't busy, but the service was terrible. No drink refills. No waitress was around to even ask for a drink refill. I wanted to get some sides along with the wings and no one could tell me the prices. I ordered onion rings and tater tots and saw later I was charged $9 for onion rings and $7 for tater tots. They apparently expect you to only eat wings. They did not give us any carrots or celery. When I asked for some I had a table of five and she brought just a couple slivers. Overall if service wasn't so terrible this would have a better rating but you guys dropped the ball.

This has become one of my regular hangouts. The wings are great and the daily specials make this place very affordable. Service is always good. Also, they have some of the cheapest beer prices in the area. And, even though it's known for wings, the rest of the menu is very good, especially the pizza.

Parking: Parking was no problem.

Had to have been waiting for along time as the fries were soggy cold and gross upon getting back home 5 minutes away and I was there 0 minutes before it said it would be ready... And the left the native sauce off completely so I couldn't even really judge the buffalo fries the way they were presented on the menu which looked way different than what I got which looked like shredded grilled chicken, couldn't tell it was breaded at all.... Won't be back.... I will say the flavor was decent and I might have enjoyed it if I ordered at the bar and got to eat it at least warm....

Not super impressed I showed up 10 minutes early for pickup and it was already ready got home 5 minutes away and the Buffalo fries were room temp and soggy, no native sauce drizlle like the Pic and the chopped strips looked like shredded chicken tossed in sauce, very unimpressed with the portion on the firecracker shrimp, small shrimp about 8 of them, but they were decent. Jut overall not impressive. I feel like my food was ready and waiting 5 minutes after I ordered it because they were almost dead at 6 on a Saturday night and it said 33 minutes for pickup, probably won't be back....

So I’m giving 5 stars, because the waitress who looked after us was brilliant. The food we got was absolutely fine if a little overcooked. However, a little message for those who are running the business:-

It took 50 minutes from ordering to receiving our food. Throughout this wait the waitress kept apologizing to us for the wait and did everything she could. Apparently the manager was in the kitchen as the chef had to go to the store. There were no more than 30 customers in the building.

We were on our way to Phoenix for our flight home, and time was tight. The food arrived as we were literally about to get up and go as we had given up. We were late returning our rental car at the airport and that was after rushing eating and then taking a take out box to eat on the road. Had the food arrived in a timeous manner, we would have had no issues.

To the manager on shift. You put your server in an awful position for the shift with your decisions. If you cannot handle covering the kitchen for a quiet afternoon shift to the point it impacts customer service, then either retrain in the kitchen to up your skill level, or ensure other people in your team can pick up the cooking if a situation like this comes up again. I felt so sorry for her having to come over and apologise. She knocked off the cost of the drinks on the bill and for that we are grateful. I’m awarding the 5 stars for her. Good staff in hospitality are so hard to get a hold of and keep.

Tuesday night 60 cent wings are delicious. Brownies with ice cream is definitely a must have.

It's a sports bar, so concrete floors, loud TVs & noise. Food was better than average. Service was great! Thank you!

My kid ordered the fish and chips and the fish was solid similar to a piece of hard nerve that wouldn’t give. The Loaded Tots were cold and appeared it came out of a frozen bag and unsavory.
At least they replaced the fish with another dish but overall the food was unsatisfactory.

I had a decent time when I went to native with a couple friends. It was a busy night (it was election day) so we had longer wait times which is no problem. The boneless wings I got were overdone. Tough little guys. They did taste good though, just a jaw exercise. The bone in wings were not much better. I know they are usually better than that. I want to go back and give it another try. Otherwise I loved the potato skins. The apps are honestly spectacular. When I come back I will update the review.
