I love Noodleholics! And I am so happy they have the Tanque Verde location now, as it is much more convenient for me. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My absolute favorite dish is the Dan Dan noodles, which is spicy and filling. Try their honey lemon tea - so refreshing!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I walked in no greeting the waitresses are standing behind the counter they barley wanted to give me a menu I sat down and for over 10 min no water was given no order was taken nothing a white couple comes in they get ultimate greetings they order get offered water and silverware I walked out I will keep my green money and go spend it somewhere else.

The food was very flavorful. The beef was so tender it was falling apart. The spice level was good enough to clear your sinuses but not enough to hurt. The noodles were a nice chewy texture that I loved! I will go back.

Awesome place to go for lunch or dinner! The ramen bowls are generously sized and perfect to share between two people along with a couple appetizers. Loved the steamed dumplings but found the cucumbers in the salad to be a little tough.
Otherwise plenty of parking and abundant seating.

Having dined at Noodleholics a few times, I respectfully disagree with a previous reviewer who claimed the soup was only spicy. The Taiwan Beef Noodle Soup is a standout, featuring beef shank that is melt-in-your-mouth tender and bursting with flavor, perfectly balancing rich depth and spice. The noodles are exceptional—cooked to perfection and truly elevate the dish. While the dumplings differ from what I’m used to, they are undeniably delicious and well-crafted. Noodleholics is my new go spot for comfort asian eats. Definitely give it a try.
