I've been going here for the last couple years and it has never disappointed. Good food, good service, great drink selection! There always seems to be a good atmosphere in there also.

Old Chicago has always been 1 of my favorite pizza places but this location has definitely taken it to the top! The food was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly! Brooke never let my drank become go empty, remembered my order without writing it down, and made me feel like a valued customer! 10/10 would recommend!

Good atmosphere with pleasant and helpful staff. Hand tossed Chicago 7 personal pizza was delicious as was the small garden salad. Happy hour beer $1 off didn't hurt either. Prices seemed in line with the quality of food. Would definitely visit again.

I deliver food and when I come to pick up and order it takes a long time. I don’t know if they put deliveries as a low priority or if they start to cook once driver is there but it takes a while. Apart from that the staff is pretty friendly, but it seems they are more interested in socializing with their coworkers rather than tending to customers. the restaurant gets busy especially at dinner time and on weekends. It is open late so that’s a plus. The food is okay.

Great service. We had a party of 7 and they accommodated us putting together tables. The pizza is excellent, love the ale crust and the sauce and toppings are excellent. I had the Chicago 7. The only complaint I had is they were out of two beers I wanted.

I've ordered sandwiches, calzones, and pizza from here with good results. Three choices on the pizza crust. Both the deep dish & ale crust are our favorites, and the toppings are pretty fresh. Salads are good, both main dish & side choices. Beer selection is plentiful, along with other liquor & mixed drinks. Service is sometimes a little slow. Pizza prices are comparatively high, so I usually go when some kind of coupon is valid. They email them if you go on their email list. Parking here is seldom a problem, as they are out front of a local large strip mall.

I have never written a review before but needed to express my frustration. Came here with my boyfriend because it was one of the few places open late night. Ordered our food to go and had to wait almost 50 minutes to receive our food only after we had asked a worker how much longer our food was going to take. We asked politely and didn't even mention how long we had been waiting. She came back with our food after 10 minutes or so along with a couple's food who had ordered their food also to go 10 minutes prior. Our order was shoved in the bag and piled on top of each other as if rushed. We left and i proceeded to make sure our order was correct in the car. I specifically ordered the dry rub applewood and received wings with sauce and was extremely disappointed. Didn't bother to go back in to correct the order because we had already waited 50 minutes. Our fries were soggy, wings were cold, our burger and chicken sand which were crammed inside a small container with all the contents spilled out and my chicken was burnt. The avocado was raw and hard. Mind you I am not a picky eater but our food was not acceptable especially considering how long we had to wait. I would have understood about the wait time had the restaurant been busy, but it was very much the opposite. We would have walked out around the 40 minute mark had we not already paid for our food. It's unbelievable how much was wrong with our order.
I normally try to give 4-5 stars on any review because I'm aware that it isn't easy to run any sort of business let alone do exceptionally well. However I've been to Old Chicago quite a few times and I can't seem to understand how it's consistently bad. The food and prices are reasonably fair. But the service is generally pretty poor. We always seem to get stuck with an inexperienced server who is either impressively slow or more interested in excessively socializing with their partrons.

Food was just okay. Turkey/bacon club and onion rings. Rings were wet in the middle. Burger fell apart from grease. BBQ wings weren't hot. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Bathrooms could use a good cleaning & upgrade.
