Have been going to this restaurant for years and today makes me feel like never going back. We were seated and no one ever acknowledged us after that. No chips and salsa nothing!! 3 tables who were seated after us got chips, drinks and their orders taken, and still no one acknowledged us. We were seated at a table right in the middle! We left with no staff what so ever noticing that we had been waiting more than 20 minutes. Very awful experience.
We have been going to Ole' for several years ! Recently, we have noticed the Chicken Chimichanga's are HALF the size they used to be ! We won't go back ! They built up a good customer base, and then they SHRINK the proportions ? We will continue dining at L&L at 29th and 4th Ave ! They have been in business since the 1930's !
This has become my go to Mexican food place. The Burro shredded beef, El matador style is phenomenal. My husband likes to get it with Carne asada. The staff is always pleasant and when I don't feel like dining in calling in my order and picking up is perfect.
