I've been coming to Olive Garden for a long time so I know that they might run out of certain menu items every now and then. As soon as our waiter introduced himself, I asked him if they had enough chicken gnocchi soup since I need many refills when I order the "never-ending soup." The waiter stated that they have enough especially that the kitchen "is making a new pot" of the chicken gnocchi soup. I trusted the waiter and ordered the "never-ending soup." The first bowl was decent; however, the second, third and fourth bowls were pure liquid with almost no gnocchi nor chicken in them. I explained the problem to the waiter but his response was that the kitchen needs to distribute the soup ingredients "in an efficient way" so that the remaining soup can be served to other customers. Very unacceptable practice from an establishment that markets itself as an American staple for Italian cuisine with the motto "Italian Generosity is Always on The Table." Very disappointed and not coming back.

Took my friend to Olive Garden for her birthday...I ordered "Minestrone ' soup .it tasted like it was five days old ..my friend and I ordered desert ..neither one of could eat our desert. .WHY? ..because it came directly out of the freezer and was totally FROZEN...we were not I formed of this when we placed our order...we were told that this is 'standard '... we were given 'take out boxes...to take our deserts home to let it 'thaw' out....what a waste of my money..
