Kudos to Jay Byroad for rectifying the problem I had. I reserved a boneless ham online 8 days in advance. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed they had no boneless hams in the store. I was upset, but purchased a bone in ham for my family's Christmas dinner. Jay called me this morning, apologized for the error, and offered to bring the ham to me. This used to be one of my fav places for a quick lunch. I stopped in, it had probably been 10 years for whatever reason I was last in here.
Everything was amazing, like always. The food was exceptional but the standout was the service Sean was providing. It had been a long time since I have run into someone so genuine, pleasant and welcoming. Kudos Sean, you’re a rockstar!
