“Kudos to Jay Byroad for rectifying the problem I had. I reserved a boneless ham online 8 days in advance. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed they had no boneless hams in the store. I was upset, but purchased a bone in ham for my family's Christmas dinner. Jay called me this morning, apologized for the error, and offered to bring the ham to me. Since I was just leaving my house, I told him I would pick it up. I asked if I could return the other ham, he told me to keep it. When I arrived at the store, he wouldn't let me pay for it (the ham I ordered was more expensive than the one I purchased)! The sauces to choose from are intriguing, such as the avocado mayo. There are also more types of meat and vegetables to choose from than Subway, and they are of higher quality.“
