We have now eaten at this restaurant three times, and can happily say that we encountered no issues at any of our visits. Service is always excellent, the place is kept very clean, and the food perfectly fine and reasonably priced. We will continue to visit when we are in Tucson.
We enjoyed the food and it had excellent flavor and cooked perfectly. Service felt understaffed at times but very courteous and polite. A lack of background ambiance and priced higher than local restaurants so the days of cheap sit down feel over. Portions were average compared with the neverending mantra they advertise. Good but not great value.
The server was not attending like they supposed, she didn't offer anything even a straw for the drinks or anything else, even that was endless soups or salad, and when we ask for the check we had to walk to the front desk, overall, not a good experience.
