I visited the Panda Express at 9130 S Houghton Rd, Tucson, AZ 85747 today and had a truly positive experience, largely thanks to the manager, Uyen.
While I wasn't entirely satisfied with the rice, Uyen quickly turned my experience around. I overheard her conducting a very encouraging review with an employee nearby. When she learned about my issue with the rice, she proactively offered me an extra side...

There is a manager who works here and seems to be there every time I've been here over the last two years. She greets everyone as they walk in and always checks in with tables while they eat. Great customer service!
