We have been to a few Panda Express in the area, and this one is by far the worst I have been to regarding the food. The food was dried out and tasted old. The egg rolls were mushy on the inside. Not very please with the amount of money we spent for the quality of food.

Went into the drive through and had my order be incorrect.
Went inside and spoke with the team and they directed me to the manager on duty.
They seem to think it was a joke.
Mari (the manager) did not take the issue well and was joking about it with her staff.
I would not recommend this location.

Normally, I'm a fan of Panda Express, but my experience last night was less than ideal. I ordered two plates in the drive through, there were 2-3 cars in front of me. The person taking my order said the orange chicken would take 3-5 minutes to be ready, I said no problem. I pulled up towards the window and waited (one car still ahead of me)... then I waited for 25 minutes!! Once the car in front of me got his food, I waited another minute or two for my food. At no point did they have us move through the line. When I got to the window, she didn't apologize for the wait or even thank me for my patience...it was very poor customer service. I was going through the drive thru for a quick dinner, next time I'll go home and cook for myself.

I don’t normally do this but at this point these employees need to be accounted for. these girls suck. end of story. i come here quite often and they constantly forget something or mix something up. seems to be the girl at the window with the giant green eyes. i had orders a plate and instead of fried rice they gave me chow mein and EXTRA chow mein. last time i asked for fried rice and beef bejing and they gave me chow mein AGAIN AND ORANGE CHICKEN. are yall not paying attention? and the fact they didn’t even give me my receipt for my recent interaction. yall just wanna get away with being lazy.
Good food but they been skimping on the portions!! Ordered a bowl with chow mein and honey walnut shrimp and I literally got 5 small pieces of shrimp and I gotta pay extra for it…
