Another disappointment. Orange chicken that is over done, small and hard. Beef and broccoli with no beef. I walk into the store and it seems like Im annoying the employees because I walked in the store.

This is not the first time I have had a bad experience here but this time was horrendous. I went inside to place an order for a bigger plate and an extra side. They completely messed up my order after having to wait for my mushroom chicken AND Orange chicken to be cooked because they had run out. I checked it the second time as they were supposed to correct it. They messed up the two sides again. Then they gave an appetizer for the inconvenience. I checked it and still one of the sides was wrong. I literally asked the first time around too if she understood my order and she obviously did not but said she did. If you can’t understand or handle the workload, find another line of work somewhere else. Sheesh!

Went at 0930 pm and I guess it was closing time asked for chow mein got a plate full of vegetables literally like 13 noodles very disappointing

As I pulled into this location the staff was at the front of the building chatting and waving brooms around. I ordered a plate at the drive through. I asked for a plate and was cheated an entree of Beijing beef. I tried calling the store several times to get this problem fixed and there was no answer it is approaching closing time. I’m sure if the staff was working instead of talking and waving brooms around the issue could have been resolved. This is disappointing.

why can they never remember the sides on the bigger plates? or how to do their jobs when there’s more than 2 cars in line?

We waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. There were about 7 cars in that line. One even jump the curb to get out. Once the car in front of me left, I left and another person behind me also left. I went in to speak to the manager and she did not seem to care that there were a long line of cars waiting. The drive thru worker was also rude. Never going back to this location.

We have been to a few Panda Express in the area, and this one is by far the worst I have been to regarding the food. The food was dried out and tasted old. The egg rolls were mushy on the inside. Not very please with the amount of money we spent for the quality of food.

They seem to think it was a joke.
Mari (the manager) did not take the issue well and was joking about it with her staff.
I would not recommend this location.

Normally, I'm a fan of Panda Express, but my experience last night was less than ideal. I ordered two plates in the drive through, there were 2-3 cars in front of me. The person taking my order said the orange chicken would take 3-5 minutes to be ready, I said no problem. I pulled up towards the window and waited (one car still ahead of me)... then I waited for 25 minutes!! Once the car in front of me got his food, I waited another minute or two for my food. At no point did they have us move through the line. When I got to the window, she didn't apologize for the wait or even thank me for my patience...it was very poor customer service. I was going through the drive thru for a quick dinner, next time I'll go home and cook for myself.
