Would not recommend this place! The staff's attitude if beyond horrid. They all have their panties in a bunch. They also serve ridiculously small amounts especially when you get "double" an entrée like if it comes out of their paychecks. Last time I visit this

It seems like they ran out of everything on the menu except Beijing beef because they replaced all of my entrees with that. They forgot to put the large entree of chicken egg rolls and decided it was a great idea to offer me to drive all the way back for my order or to get a refund. She refused to offer me a different solution after I told her I live far when there are Panda Express’s all over town. The lead Diane does not have social skills and does not know how to empathize or deliver any kind of customer service skills. It is a shame that all of these chain restaurants hire under qualified individuals without manners and don’t invest in training/coaching them to improve. I refuse to shop at a chain restaurant that does not deliver customer service.

I lose hope for this store honestly I’m tired of always calling and them saying just come back it’s every time.I give them the benefit of the doubt but this store never fails to disappoint. It’s ridiculous what type of service is sold when you are a paying customer. Then they always give 3 packets of each sauce for 2 plates and 2 bowls like how does that work oh wait and the teriyaki chicken do t come with the teriyaki sauce. I just want what I paid and ask for and it always so hard for this location to get it right

Rude!!!Servers inside have a bad attitude. I have never been able to understand why people take these jobs if they have no customer service. You can work from home and see or interact with no one. I didn't order a side of additude. Don't need it, I'll stay home and cook and save my hard earned money. It's not easy earning the 35.00 my family and I spent. Viviana is the worst. I'll never go back there again. She was our server on two occasions and the same service each time.

Food was absolutely disgusting! I was told if I was going to order beef and broccoli. I'd have to wait refresh to be made. I waited an extra 10 minutes and it was a lie. Got home And both mine and my granddaughter's food was cold and old. Do not waste your hard-earned money on this Location $32.01 wasted!
