Pei Wei on Broadway in Tucson this location here is definitely about taking care of their customers they provide good old-fashioned customer service they definitely practice the customer's always right you don't see that anymore in restaurants I came here to eat there was some miscommunication with are food allergies I let the staff know as well as Martin he took care of the problem and corrected everything he understood where I was coming from provided excellent customer...

One of my favorite places to eat at, the food is always hot and fresh. The service is awesome.
Martin is fantastic, he's very professional and extremely courteous. Makes for a overall excellent experience. I definitely recommend this place.

Martin Manga the general manager was superb!! I had place a take out order and my husband didn't want to go pick up, so I had to cancel.
Martin gave me what I previously ordered and an extra dish. It was a little tricky because I ordered with gift card , he even called me to make sure my credit was correct.
He was very personable and gave over the top service! Highly recommend him and Pei Wei!
