Went today at 3:30pm not busy, did order off menu because wanted half pepperoni and have jalapeños was was ok. Got pizza all pepperoni with a few jalapeños on one slice the young man who waited on us came back and did say they got it wrong. I said comp me another wine he said he would check, never heard but did get another wine shortly after, neither were Edna Valley Chardonnay but good full price 4oz at best $16.00 each too costly. You smell burnt pizza salad mediocre little if any vignette.. Second visit would not go back, many places so much better. But staff that helped us were very nice.
This is by far the best wood fired pizza I’ve ever had in Tucson. The staff makes you feel welcome and the atmosphere was family friendly. We took some time to speak with the owner and the staff. They took great pride in what they served and how you felt while dining. The feeling I came away with was they took great pride in their ingredients and in their customer service. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely go back.
Vegetarian options: The salads were outstanding and they serve a pizza called the Pammy which was prepared In a way that made the pizza look so appetizing and appealing.
Dietary restrictions: A wild variety within the menu which makes it helpful when it comes time to make a choice. The owner knows the importance of selecting quality ingredients and offers selections within the menu that can accommodate dietary needs.
Parking: Lots of parking with a very safe feeling to the area.
Kid-friendliness: We went on a Wednesday evening and the place was full with a mixture of people and several families with young children. Staff interacted with the kids and made the atmosphere very pleasant.

Good pizza, good pasta, good bar. I'll be back and think, if you're willing to drive downtown to hit up Reilly Pizza, you check out Penelope.

I never do these reviews: but ordered a cheese pizza and meatballs to go. Took an hour for a to-go order. They had a bar meeting while my food was just sitting there. Got home and the pizza was cold. So disappointed. Shouldn’t take an hour for a cheese pizza to-go while it’s not busy.

We have been looking for good thin crust Neapolitan pizza for several years since both Grimaldi and Luna Pizza closed. Penelope Pizza is now on the list to keep coming back to. We tried their classic pepperoni pizza and the margherita pizza and both were very thin and very tasty. Lots of pepperoni and the cheese was high quality. Ceasar and house salads were fresh and dressings were tasty. Restaurant was crowded but staff did their best to keep up and the vibe was fun and family oriented. Did take out this weekend and will try dine in during the week when less busy. Great east side location.

Ordered the chicken parm special to go for dinner, the leftovers were still amazing for breakfast the next morning. Extremely sizeable portion, very well worth the price point.

We wanted ham and pineapple, or vegetarian. They had neither. We ordered a pizza with pineapple, which we didn't taste. It was mainly a little sauce, a little cheese and tons of pepperoni.
