I accidentally ordered on the app to the wrong location and both locations refused to to anything to accommodate the mistake. I had to drive over an hour to the other location after being told I could not cancel the order or receive a refund so I made the trip for the one XL pizza the least that they could've done was re make for me after letting it sit out for over an hour and the whole mishap but the manager on duty couldn't seem to care less and didnt even talk to me when i arrived for the order super avoidant and they weren't even busy at the time. I've never had such bad customer service at peter piper before after being a loyal customer for years but I definitely won't be back for a while and I will avoid this location at all costs.

I have 5 kids that I would schedule birthdays here and other little celebrations throughout the year. And I won't be dying that any more. Most recently bought the most expensive birthday package with an hour of play time per guest. And handful of guests got sick and didn't show. I asked the party specialist to cancel the party and we will still purchase the food and drinks and a couple of cards for play. She then told me that I shouldn't worry and the cards will still work as long as I don't start playing with them to activate it. So I payed the nearly 300.00 tab for the party for 5 children and had atleast 5 extra cards. Came back to this location on a later date to find there was no time in any of the cards I purchased. The manager was very rude and did absolutely nothing to accommodate the cards and said they expired the same day of the party. I barely had enough money to buy food because I had to buy cards that my kids had their hearts set on for passing games. And to top it off I ordered my daughter hot wings and while we were playing they took her full basket of wings, not the pizza or drink cups just her wings. Then the manager wanted to treat me like a liar until the busser was questioned and said he did take them because she covered them with her open napkin. While my daughter was crying at the table feeling like they picked in her finally the cook said she would make her a new basket of wings. The manager was the most heartless lousy manager of a kids facility I've ever ran across. To the point I will not visit this location again. If they are all owned by the same people then I will visit round 1 in the future. Because the owners have terrible rules and managers saving you some money and costing customers more. I will enjoy watching you go bankrupt next for all the families you're ripping off. BTW your app sucks and doesn't ever work and the fun pass cards were the worst move for your brand. Boooo!
Kid-friendliness: Profits over people pizza.

It's been a few months since my family visited this location. From then to yesterday 12-4-24 late at night. Most of the quality of the food has been the same to which has declined a lot from over the years and to make it worse the price puts a nail on the wallet. We ordered the family combo for $49.99 with 2 pizzas, bread, and 4 drinks. I added 24 wings that cost $28.99. What we got was disappointing, Pizza was okay not the best, one of the two was decent but on one we had ordered with bacon.... Why was the bacon hard like candy? So those got picked out. The biggest con was the wings. I'll just say I could have got the same size, quality, from the little pizza shop hot n ready for 75% less. So I felt robbed. I'm going to stick to the buffet solo from here on. That's my only rant. I do have a suggestion which could help families with 3+ kids on games.. Could there be a monthly family pass or a deal with points or time that can be used on 4+ cards together instead of having to price them one by one,

Kids always love it. Especially with how the time play works with ticket games. Food is okay, not the attraction

It’s great for the kids, the location on Broadway has more games for the kids. Food is average at best and priced high which is typical for these places. But the kids love it for the games . Parking at the Broadway location is tight.

Many different pizza to choose from. Three types of salad but already with dressing so kind of limp. We tried it with bogo, well worth the cost even at full price.

I was treated very poorly by the General Manager. I hope she does not treat her employees that way. Everything else was great but her.

The buffet was terrible not enough choices and pizza tasted like something you would by in freezer section. But the workers were nice and my grandbabies enjoyed game room.

I think it'd bogus that the mini roller coaster is off limits to the kids of paying customers who didn't know any better when they purchased "time" rather than "points" at the kiosk. For $30, you'd think there's be some indication or signage somewhere. There isn't & my 6 year old kept coming back to the ride, not really understanding WHY she could participate in everything else, while certain kids got the 'coaster privilege'....what's up with THAT, Peter Piper??
Parking: The entrance comes up quickly..... it's easy to miss.
Kid-friendliness: Arcade & merry go round was great, but some of the arcade games didn't work or produced a tiny number of tickets when you'd win anything....

Pizza is always great!! Even tho it was really crowded and alot of ordered pizzas, our pizza came out pretty fast!! 5 stars for that!! I gave a 3 just because it was soo packed there was no room to walk or go take the kids to the arcades. It was a Saturday, its understandable.
