Went for a birthday party, pizza was good but the new play ground is not included with anything! You have to pay almost $20 per kid just to jump in a very small area for the price you pay for everything else it should seriously be included in something! So be aware when you walk in, my toddler was so excited to see something new but sadly couldn't jump.

Just had a birthday party here & our hostess, Jasmine was absolutely amazing!! All of the staff were amazing, honestly. Everyone’s hospitality & vibe were pretty awesome. Good time!!

The pizza was decent but it took forever. The staff seemed very out of it and just rude. Couldn’t find a clean highchair or any employee who could help with our point card and nobody to help us get a prize for our son. A lot of games weren’t even working which sucked. I get if it was slow but it was a Saturday night. For this place to be as expensive as it is we shouldn’t be having any of these problems.

We went for a school event on August 20th. My youngest favorite thing was the roller coaster of course.Her next favorite was the obstacle course thingy in the cage. The food was good as always. Is a great place to take the kids to run off some energy. I did spend over $60 on the the card and bracelet because one had time on it and the other had tokens or points or whatever they want to call it because you can't use time for the roller coaster.

I don't ever leave reviews, but felt this is needed as I hope people do read this so they are aware before going. This location now has a playground inside however it is $15 per child and adults are not allowed in. Point blank my two children under 3 cried to get in but I could not join to help them climb anything, so I wasted $32 for them two run in and out (again my fault) but just a heads up if you're not prepared to see a playground you have to pay to get in. Head to wild katz instead

Overpriced food, lackluster service from a female employee, and overcrowded. Not to mention the damaged games.
First time hearing about the buffet from 11am to 2pm paid 20$ for my husband and I. Delicious options

Walking in, the place had a strong smell kind of like dirty feet which wasn’t the best first impression. The carpeted flooring definitely needs an upgrade to something more kid-friendly and easier to keep clean.
The person who helped us at the counter was friendly, but there didn’t seem to be enough staff overall. When we were ready to redeem our prizes, we had to wait a while because no one was around to assist.
That said, I really appreciate the game pricing just one point per game makes it affordable and fun without breaking the bank. Unfortunately, a lot of the games were broken or in need of repair, and many could use a good cleaning and sanitizing.
It has potential, but it could use some serious attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and staffing.
