I placed a near $100 order and one of my pizzas was the New Yorker pizza but instead I got a xl cheese pizza? I tried calling the store but it feels nearly impossible to get ahold of someone. I’ve stayed on hold for a good 20 minutes, got hung up on and “transferred” lol not sure what’s going on but I’m not happy about the mistake? I mean. Come on? lol

Well, it was actually kind of sad to see what was once a Hopping place has pretty much turned to a ghost town I was the only one inside for dining they served me with paper plates,and there was no salad bar anymore I really would like for things to go back the way they were but I guess times change.

The employees were very kind, hardly any wait. I haven't been to a pizza hut in a while, but seeing a good portion of the dine in section blocked off was kind of a bummer, really threw off the vibes. An employee told me it was done during covid and the company left it that way. I didn't like that too much.
