Took nearly an extra hour past their stated delivery time to get here. Once the food arrived, it was cold. Quality was sub par. Didn't have the sauces I ordered. Calling the store just gets routed to an overseas call center.

Deen and Ashley I believe it’s spelled are awesome I called 20mm a before closeing got put threw to the customer care line I believe it is my order wasn’t taken directly at the store long story short I showed up 9 mins before closeing to be told the customer care line didn’t put it threw anyways they made it right and took my order and made it they are awesome food was exactly how I ordered it it was hot and fresh mannnn give these two a raise they are awesome couldnt have gone any smoother this late shift crew is doing everything right! Dear disappointing establishment

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut, 4710 E. Speedway Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85712 and it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a pizza place. I’ve always been a loyal Pizza Hut customer—my whole family and even my entire company preferred Pizza Hut—but after this, we’re done.

We ordered 2 pan pizza with extra sauce FYI, I did not get the sauce but received 2 hand-tossed pizza, instead. When we requested a refund, they outright refused, leaving us no choice but to go to another Pizza Hut to get the correct order. While the second location got it right, the first store’s lack of accountability completely soured my view of the entire franchise.

It’s clear this location, and possibly others, no longer prioritize proper training or respect for the customer. Spending $60 on this experience was a hard lesson learned. If you’re considering Pizza Hut, do yourself a favor—don’t. Save your money and go to Domino’s or another place that still values its customers.

Pizza Hut just isn’t what it used to be, and that’s truly depressing. Farewell, Pizza Hut.

No napkins, no cheese, no peppers. No Bueno. I'm staying in a hotel and don't have access to ANY of these items. Shame on pizza hut and the delivery! Terrible!

Ordered pizza and didn’t get it on time when it said I was and then didn’t even get a knock on the door to even let me know that my pizza had arrived they placed it on the chair outside when the weather was 40 degrees cold so when I realized the pizza was there it was cold

For the price point, the pizza is fine, nothing exceptional,however very comporable to competitors, obviously not a fresh skin, which would be very easy to do, in this world of corporate America controls everything, again acceptable, timing was very good
( Asked for a small packet of Parmesan, not available, a small shaker $2, pizza hut should be able to negotiate that to a $1, & $1dollor to the price of the pizza, & they could purchase those small shakers at a much better price.
Employee was not all that friendly, & I could have done without the smell of cigarette smoke on both his hands & his clothes,

Paid over $35.00 for cinnamon rolls and THREE personalized pizzas, only received TWO of my pizzas! It really is simple CHECK YOUR ORDERS!!!!! The most “coincidental” thing is that on the receipt there is a section that says “checked by” and nobody signed their name because CLEARLY YOU DONT CHECK THE PRODUCT YOU PUT OUT! AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Ordered on the phone. no one working there acknowledged anyone waiting in the line. After 30 minutes, had to finally yell out to request to pay for my pizza. Cashier was too concerned with checking the deep fried and oven for “order 73” over and over again that turned into all the employees gathered and looking into the deep fryer but still no cashier. Very strange and disappointing experience.

Still waiting on a delivery order from 6:30pm(7:47+ now) customer service is a joke still waiting an hour later, don't call them unless you want to hear a single paragraph about Pizza Hut history on repeat if you call their "MAIN LINE" you won't talk to a person for more than 2 seconds if it's about a delivery order, instead of calling to place an order..... Bad business practice
