You know, pizza hut used to be a great place to eat, now it's just a place to order food to fill a hole. It used to be when you ordered a meat lovers pizza it would be covered with different meats, no gaps. Your lucky to get 5 or 6 pieces of meat nowadays. I guess they don't make enough money to satisfy their customers. I won't be ordering anything from there anymore. Plus it cost $35 for a medium!

Never had an issue however I learned that the dashe can't break. 20$ so tonight the dasher wasn't able to get a tip and it's confusing cuz the website says bills bigger than a 20 also not sure why door dash is delivering if y'all have delivery drivers , plan on breaking 20 or higher bills before it gets delivered cuz now I have a pissed door dasher because I thought they could break a 20$ bill

I had a bad experience ordering delivery from these guys. I ordered online. An hour and a half later (a full hour after estimated delivery), I called to see where it was. They said it had just gone out, and to call back in 15 minutes if it didn't arrive. Half an hour later, I called back, and they give me a story about how the delivery driver called, and knocked on my door multiple times. None of that actually happened. I could believe he had just gone to the wrong address if not for the phone call claim. Now they say they'll refund my card tomorrow. We'll see if that happens. I guess I need to find something else for dinner...
Update: I just got my credit card statement, and my order was never refunded. Pizza Hut just outright stole $35 from me.

The workers during the day are treated poorly and it's a HIGH STRESS environment for them. The staff works so hard and is so kind, but the 2 oldest men, one thin and one larger man (never seen them on shift together) are SO bossy and disrespectful to the other workers. Blatantly disrespectful in front of customers on repeated occasions. The atmosphere sucks because of their behavior honestly. Good pizza though

The prices were outrageous, they charged a dollar for a little cup of ranch and when I asked for napkins the girl said she would look but instead she went and grabbed a soda for a delivery order and said they didn’t have any. Worst service ever and definitely not coming back again. And they didn’t have any menus.

On July 5 2025, me and my family, went for a meat lovers pizza. It wasn't just the best pizza we ever had, it was also the best service we ever had. I hope they give a big rise to the night shift staff, they totally deserve it.

They gave us a menu with no prices, there was no cheese in the cheese sticks, and dinner for two was $ 70.00! Will come back when I'm a millionaire

What's up with pizza hut gettin stingy with the sauce?! Either no sauce or a light drizzle if I ask for extra! Not right. Spending my points and switching to somewhere else. It's not just this location either. Undercooked pizza at two different locations.

Took nearly an extra hour past their stated delivery time to get here. Once the food arrived, it was cold. Quality was sub par. Didn't have the sauces I ordered. Calling the store just gets routed to an overseas call center.

Deen and Ashley I believe it’s spelled are awesome I called 20mm a before closeing got put threw to the customer care line I believe it is my order wasn’t taken directly at the store long story short I showed up 9 mins before closeing to be told the customer care line didn’t put it threw anyways they made it right and took my order and made it they are awesome food was exactly how I ordered it it was hot and fresh mannnn give these two a raise they are awesome couldnt have gone any smoother this late shift crew is doing everything right!
