Absolutely terrible experience. This Pizza Hut location had no water, no cups, no ice, and no air conditioning—and it was 101 degrees outside. Completely unacceptable. The workers were literally running over to Circle K with pitchers just to get water, which says everything you need to know about how poorly this place is being managed. I feel bad for the employees having to deal with those conditions, but as a customer, this is beyond unacceptable.

Best Pizza Ever....but I ordered online and I got there My pizza was dark brown and hard?!?! So the guy was VERY nervous about making it the Way O WANTED IT??? but He did I signed a waiver that I wouldn't get sick bcuz He said it wasn't Cooked 🤣🤣 seriously I don't like hard crispy crust on hand tossed pizza, Sue Me 🤣

Go to any Pizza Hut, but this one! Customer service is terrible never answers the phone and constantly gets orders incorrect! Tired of spending hard earned money for the order to be wrong and disliked in my household Just to get nothing in return but wasted money.

I went to pick up my online order and breadsticks were not done so I had to wait eight minutes for my breadsticks with my kids in the car not fun. When I went back My breadsticks were finally done however, the manager was talking to employees in a disrespectful manner condescending way is very awkward to experience that. came back to the car realized there’s no marinara sauce so I went back in and waited. Five more minutes for someone to come up and help me even though there was someone making a pizza I could’ve just stopped and got me some marinara so the manager comes and asked for marinara sauce. He then yells for an employee. Another employee comes in and then he says not you. I’m calling someone else and the guy comes in his mouth full of food and the manager says wash your hands and I’m just wanting some marinara sauce but long story short I waited 15 minutes for my order that said it was already ready not to mention the hysterical laughing while I was waiting for the marinara. Super irritating after having to wait in the car with kids.

It’s been an hour and 50 minutes and no delivery yet. Last time they were missing items and the pizzas we got were wrong. My fault for giving them another chance. They said they ran out of large pizzas this time so they canceled our order without calling and still active on the app. They said 15-25 minutes after I called. This has been 45 minutes ago now, no food. They “give” you a credit for next time but only for 30 days and the same issues continue. I went app to provide feedback and they closed the chat while i tried to provide the order information so absolutely nothing happened. Not even corporate pizza hut gives a damn about their guest service. They know it sucks and are perfectly fine with it.
