Bobby the manager was awesome! An example of old school professionalism . Patient, kindly and fair. , he's making that location a real standout for service and value.
Their new stuff crust pizza was amazing! Had a bunch of questions and got stuck in the app, called the store and the young lady walked me through the process and was great! Thx
The delivery is no longer through pizza hut and is through door dash. They do not disclose this before ordering. Terrible experience and now have to wait 1-3 business days to even hear back from anyone.
Worst experience. Store gave driver wrong order who delivered wrong order. Complained. Asked for money back. They refused. Said I could have a 30-day store credit, but I was there on vacation, so credit no use to me. Multiple calls to store went unanswered. They just stole $37 from me. This place sucks. Uses DoorDash for delivery and they don’t care if you actually get your order or if it’s right. Choose somewhere else to get pizza.
Missing part of my order. Tried to call multiple times and was put on hold and left there.
The pizza on that ozempic, dry and thin. Def not the usual Pizza hut quality you'd expect.

I threw my entire order away.
If you want your order prepared by teenagers with poor hygiene, wearing shorts and open toed shoes this may be the place for you.
I don't blame them. This is clearly a management issue. People don't do things like that unless they feel they're going to get away with it. Waste of money. Not even going to bother trying to get a refund. If your employees are an example of your standards, you clearly do not care at all.
However, there was one girl that had it together. Wish I would've gotten her name so she'd be excluded from this review.

I couldn’t believe it. I put an order in with 19.99 special large pizza with wings got hung up on the first time call the second time put the order in when I went to pick it up. I only had one large pizza because they didn’t have no wings at the location. I picked up from. terrible service at Saint Mary’s location call center sucks.

This is by far my favorite pizza place! Always hot and fresh and everyone is so friendly! They really go above and beyond to make sure you are happy

Take out or delivery only. It's best to come in and put in your order face to face with the cashier. The phone service is really bad.

So, they switched to Doordash delivery. They are the worst. Rude and incompetent. Aside from that, the food has really gone downhill. Last time, I ordered some food, half the order was missing and they packaged buffalo wings right in the Pizza box. They did give me a $15 credit. I decided to use it tonight and ordered the Tavern Style pizza. It was horrible. Dry, hard and nasty. If I had been in an actual tavern, I'd have returned it. I wanted their donut bites but I was told their fryer hasn't been working for about a month now. Pizza Hut was one my favorite. So sad...this was definitely my last order.
Pizza was awful. Ingredients tasted old/off. French fries were good but I expected there to be more. Seems they are more worried about the sides than the pizza.

Door Dash is now your delivery driver. 100% a corporate problem nothing to do with the great people who work at the location. They are using Door Dash for delivery now (note nothing during the ordering process on-line will let you know). So of course my food was stolen and I drove to the store to get my food replaced. Not to mention the employees were not instructed to automatically replace stolen food but to blame door dash and make it my problem (again this is training and or exactly what they were instructed to do). I had specifically planned a time for delivery due to having guests but had to spend over an hour away from my party to get food that was not delivered. Even if your food comes on time, I saw how dirty the drivers were coming in to pick up and deliver the food, they have zero standards on who can handle your food. (Sorry if you are a clean door dash driver, but this is what your other drivers are like). Also those bags the "true delivery drivers" use, do keep your pizza hot and that is gone now as well. Door Dash = hand random person food and hope it makes it.
