It’s a lovely plaza to just come and enjoy when the temperatures are nice. But the entire plaza has some of my favorite restaurants in Tucson. I was there recently for the Trident Grill II.. first time there. 50 people for a lunch we had a great time. I’ve been there in the plaza also for some of my favorite bands. Check out their band and entertainment schedule when they have one available. It’s just a nice upscale spot that’s not expensive....
Pretty good food, the lasagna has a delicious spicy sauce and the chicken Marsala is wonderful when mixed together. The restaurant is HOT though, even hotter then outside, and it lacks free bread or table side cheese grating and such that you would normally see from Italian restaurants. I would still recommend for the flavors though, and want to try the cheese wheel one day!
First time visitors to hear an excellent band who played on the upper level. Seating was provided in adequate shaded areas. Artist vendors were on site in various corridors offering wonderful choices at reasonable prices. The stores on premises had a beautiful variety of SO. Western clothing at reasonable prices plus jewelry.
