Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I don’t know what it is about this location in particular but they have the worst service/food ever, I have been served raw chicken at least twice and the sides appear to have just been taken out the bag they come in and dropped directly into your cup, I kept going back because I loved Popeyes chicken and this location is closest to my residence and you want to give people benefit of doubt maybe just a bad day but I just can’t do it anymore, like every single time I go there is something and upsetting when your spending 30-40$ a visit the final straw, they hired my teenage son then just never got back to him, I’m assuming they may have hired the wrong person because who does that otherwise but at the very least COMMUNICATE to them that you made a mistake, it was his very first job ever at 16 y/o and he was so excited only to be let down, and of course I had to clean it up by offering scenarios of why they just left him hanging mind you this was after he interviewed got called back and offered the job, they had him go to motor vehicle to get an ID and submit all w2 paperwork then crickets.. again who does that?? the level of unprofessionalism is unreal from the managers on down.

THIS REALLY DOESNT DESERVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO GO BACK INTO THE RESTAURANT 3 TIMES!!!!! THEY KEPT GETTING MY ORDER WRONG EVERY SINGLE TIME GOD TERRIBLE WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ONE AGAIN HORRIBLE THERE REALLY! ITS NOT THAT HARD TO GET A SANDWICH RIGHT HONESTLY. THIS WAS JUST TERRIBLE ZERO STARS IS WHAT I WANT TO GIVE THIS SERIOUSLY!

Everybody that works in there stuck up food was called order was wrong. Things were just thrown together. Worst place ever then when you contact customer support, they say they’re gonna help you and they don’t. I’ll never eat at Popeyes again and my kid used to work there. Still waiting on a refund from customer service.

Listen, I love the chicken from Popeye's, okay? It's really good. The staff is friendly enough and good at their job, but the area is just a little bit sketchy. I go through the drive-thru and always get my food in a timely manner, even when I need to pull around and wait in the front of the store for them to bring my food to my car. Still, the chicken is delicious and I will never eat at Raising Cane's again!

Just sad... I'm fresh out of work. Asked if I can pay card only as I'm fumbling for cash, foods cold, my option ain't available and just to top it off I can't be given the bathroom code for my son.. Merry Christmas to u too

Beware when you go pickup your food! They will forget half your order, then give you a sloppy made order along with the most indifferent attitude when they are the ones who forgot your food - .-

The only problem I have is getting napkins. I buy a 20 piece chicken and they give me 5 napkins. When I ask for more they give me 5 more. Crazy.

Food is usually what you would expect, tasty and filling. Occasionally it feels like it's been sitting under the heat lamps for a while while other times it's clearly freshly made. Sometimes it feels like they short you on food portions too, esp the popcorn shrimp.
