One of the best safest places you can hang out get some really good advice on helping you lose either a pound or 200 lb really great people I couldn't ask for a better healthy place to hang out Jayden is awesome just don't tell him I said that, When you are having a hard time in life, they will be there for you, all you have to do is ask.
Went here with my son to grab a drink before our workout sesh. It's been on my list of places to try out, and with their expanded hours, I was able to swing by, and I'm so glad I did! I got an energy tea. Forgot the name exactly, but it was nice and refreshing. My son got the chocolate cake batter shake, which is part of their secret menu. Absolutely amazing shop and the shakes are delicious! The protein waffles are unique and made fresh. Jayden is incredibly helpful, also if you can think of any concoction he's willing to make it. Can't recommend enough!
