I love coming to Core Nutrition! It's so hard to find grab-and-go options that are both nutritious and genuinely taste good, but they nail it every time. Their shakes give me sustained energy throughout the day without the sugar crash. Try the Reese’s shake and the mango tea! Chef’s kiss! Jayden is incredibly sweet and always happy to make recommendations. Tucson is lucky to have this spot!
Jay is very professional. He will take the time to discuss your goals with you and what he can do to assist in your post gym recovery regiment. He also gives great tips if you’re looking to mix up your workout routine. He’s a local owner and I love supporting local businesses. High recommended.
My family was visiting from Iowa and they love their loaded teas, so of course we had to stop. Service was incredible! Jay is so welcoming and such a wonderful guy! Not to mention, the tea was amazing!!!! Highly recommend!!!
P.S. we asked him to make the specific drink that we have back home at one of the nutrition stops and he was able to make it! Tasted almost the same if not better 🤩🤩🤩
