“For a restaurant that supposedly cares about people's health, the menu is disappointing. Two of us at a table for four were lactose intolerant. There is no information about common allergens on the menu. Furthermore, items that one would think would be dairy-free, such as meatballs, did have milk as an ingredient. The server needed to check with the kitchen, rather than knowing that. Also, a great many items on the menu contain dairy products so our choices were quite limited. I studied the menu online in advance but, when I got to the restaurant the next day, the menu had changed.“

You won't be sorry. They have a lovely variety of foods and spices that are not prepackaged. Much tastier than those Sadaf packaged products any day!!“

“I love going to Vitality Bowls. The staff are all super polite and helpful. The atmosphere is great, especially the covered outdoor patio. The only thing I wish is that they had more than two cushy chairs and/or couches. When we were there, one of the workers and the manager (?) were having a meeting in the only small area with couches the entire time we were there, so we had to sit at a small table. The food is great - lots of healthy options. Somehow the food feels decadent and healthy at the same time. Definitely check this place out!“
“The best smoothie/acai place in Tucson! I've been coming here for about a year and I have never had a bad experience. I always order online and have a difficult order and my acai bowl is delicious every single time. I've been to many other smoothie/acai places and Rush Bowls is still the best tasting, appearance, etc. The workers are also super friendly! They know me/my order and treat me with kindness everytime! 100% would recommend“
“I knew I needed some lunch between dance rehearsals so I called when he opened at 11:30. He let me place a pick up order for 1:15 right before he closed so that i could come between my dance rehearsals. I walked in the door and promptly got my order. There were others in line as well but the food was ready right away. I drove back to dance to eat and i opened it up and my whole car smelled amazing. I sent a picture to my grandma and mom before i digged in. let's just say you need to come here and get some food so flavorful colorful fresh and delicious. You can get spicy or non spicy too and the non spicy is so so flavorful thankfully! I plan on coming back. I even had to FaceTime my grandma while eating to show her how good it was she can't wait to try!“
