always great food service orders never right, I've been blown off by area manager twice now, first complaint was rendered then 2 more in a month he won't answer me now, not my fault the crew socks, now 4 days ago 51$ dinner bill ordered 4 sandwiches 3 were wrong bought 2 double qtr pounders got 2 single ones in double box chicken sandwiche was chicken between buns nothing on it dry gross, I called and Todd manager says he'll replace it all well we'll see when I go to collect...read full review
Great service in great people working here had an issue with the computer for some reason I ordered regular McChickens instead of spices the cashier and the manager was able to quickly solve the problem without any stress much better considering I had originally laughed at one star review based on being denied service on my motorcycle at night time please McDonald's make a sensor for motorcycles so we can be visible at night time you're losing a large portion of sales from motorcycle...read full review
The drive thru took exceptionally long. We ended up having to turn the engine and lights off since we were sitting for soo long. The employee had a white shirt on that looked like it had not been washed in some time. It was covered in soo many different stains. It made me question the cleanliness of the restaurant and the food handling. I don't know if she was running the store by herself. I can definitely say we did not feel comfortable consuming our purchase.
