2/5* for flavor --Guisidos we tried were bland, lots of it, but amiss in flavor profile in chicken mole taco and chicken burrito. Quality product though, lovely salsa bar, labeled and with reusable metal cups, greatly appreciated for sustainability as well as the metal baking sheet plating. Strange that this is the second place I have gone to eat and you have to order your food first as you come in. Which feels like you are being rushed. I come from a city where you are seated to make your order and not feel rushed. Plus, you have to get your service utensils yourself, and you ask for a tip before you get your food. The food was okay.If you're visiting Tucson, you will need to look at their online menu and be ready to order as you step in.

The breakfast burritos did not disappoint. The "regular" size burritos come in a good portion size and the ingredients were well distributed. I can't really nitpick anything about the burrito. My favorite thing probably has to be that the tortillas taste homemade.
