Consistently inconsistent.
While I really like the spicy chicken, there are far better places more deserving to obtain chicken from.
I truly love the product line but that level of appreciation is solely dependant on the chicken and sides being hot, fresh and delicious. Unfortunately this location often suffers from a serious lack of enthusiasm resulting in the presentation of less then stellar food.
A serious injection of pride would go far here. Wait...

The one time we went there and the girl was super rude. She had an attitude when she got her order wrong. She came through us our food and slammed the door for the drive-thru shut. We had to walk back around and tell her that our order was wrong and that's when she got a really bad attitude. Luckily we have seen the manager a few times and he made it better, he gave us both a free meal!
