Clean, food was cooked all the way, very organized and professional staff. I will travel for great food and services. The three best Popeyes in Tucson is the one on Campbell secondly speedway and the third is grant. I’m far east that says a lot.
The customer service from the young man working the lobby cash register and drive thru was exceptional. The food ranged from about what I expected to much better. The wait is very reasonable during off hours between rushes. Refilling the beverage area, and cleaning tables after customers seemed to be low priority. But it was my first time there, so I could assume that unplanned staffing problems could have caused this.
I got a surf and turf, everything I asked for on the side was in the bag :) and I’m not sure if it’s because this is one of the newer locations but this biscuit is literally PERFECT 🤩 whenever I go to another Popeyes they are slightly hard, but this one ?!! 10/10 🥰
