From time to time we like to try things different from what we are used to, get out of the routine, on this occasion we told the waiter who was our first time in this place they had a menu of several broths that you can serve one or two different ones at a time. The broths to taste were a little strange. Pretty lovely overall, everything tasted extremely fresh. Though I’d recommend if you’re getting double broth, try to get pretty distinct from the other one you chose, since the flavor is sufficiently similar if you get the lower spiciness. DONT BRING WHITE CLOTHING.Parking: It’s a decently big parking, I’m sure you’ll find your way.

The service here is not good at all. The food is good but the service takes away from it. I will not be coming back. Our server was rude after seeing that we did not leave a tip. We were not even done eating and it ruined our experience, we got up and left. Will not be coming back and I am very disappointed. The day was Friday 23,2024 between 9 pm and 10:36

I lived in China about 13 years ago and I’ve never found a place that service non Americanized Chinese food. This place took me back, very authentic, very delicious and it didn’t make me sick (I have a very very sensitive stomach and can’t have a lot of food, so I’m very cautious where I eat) I’m not sure if the mushroom broth had miso paste in it or not but my stomach and digestive system really really liked it. I ate so much was so full but didn’t feel sick and that’s the most important part.The food you cook comes frozen so I was a little skeptical but it was all great, and the rice cakes were to die for!Dietary restrictions: Gluten restriction

I came here with a friend in December for dinner. You choose if you want one sauce or 2 separate sauces then what you want to add into the sauces. You place the raw items in the sauce to cook.I liked the mushroom sauce but the mild sauce was really spicy and I didn't end up eating that one. I also wasn't a fan of the sauce bar and preferred the food without it.We added egg, sole, lobster meat ball, tofu, enoki mushroom, AChoy and spinach. Everything was really good. It was about $25 per person.

Perfect place for a hot meal. They offer a variety of thinly sliced meat, veggies, and seafood. There's a station where you can mix your own dipping sauce and the place gets busy as it gets late at night. Nicely decorated and very spacious for groups of people. It was our second time going there and we had leftovers even for the three of us. I think the food is fairly priced. Highly recommend!!!

It was our first time giving this place a try tonight. The food was okay. The broth we ordered was their house special - medium spicy. It was not spicy at all. No kick for spice - it tasted like watered down beef broth. The meat and veggies were good and fresh.The service... this is where I wanted to get up before I even started eating to leave. I felt like a child being scolded while I was cooking my food in the broth. I added some of the sauce that they have on the side to my broth because it was too bland, and I really offended our server. Never in my life, been to a hotpot place where I am being told how I need to cook my food. The service soured the rest of the meal for the night, and I don't think driving 30 minutes to eat here is worth it. There are better places that I would spend my $ at, and not be made to feel like I don't know how to cook or eat. You shouldn't be condescending to your customers. I value knowledge, so if the waitress had approached me by being informative then this would be a different review. Don't speak down to your customers. If your customer tells you that it's their first time to your establishment then please take the time to go through your processes, customs, and walk through the menu with your customer. We were seated, given a whiteboard marker and a pen to mark what we wanted for our meal. We had no idea what we were doing as every hotpot we have been to has their own process of how they do things.The establishment was OK. It felt clean and the workers were quick to clean as soon as a customer leaves. I did appreciate the cleanliness. My husband mentioned that the men's bathroom was a mess, but it was only because someone had thrown paper towels into the toilet and tried to flush it. It clogged the toilet so my husband didn't want to use it after someone else tried. It was gross.

Mild spicy is a great start. Has the "numbing" Chinese peppercorn. The beef was great, the lamb a bit chewy. Suggestion! Get one beef for each person, a couple of veggie 2 and a side of noodles.

This place is soooo good! Everything came out quick and in one huge hotpot like how it traditionally is. They have a sauce bar that you can use for $1.5 extra per person! We went for New Years dinner and it was soo perfect for the cold weather. It feels 4 hungry adults and three kiddos and could easily feed a few more people. All the meats were great cuts! We ordered the lamb and prime rib?? I think or roast?? of course tofu, dumplings and veggies... oh and some meatballs. We ordered all the appetizers and they were delicious! My favorite were the buns with the sweet condensed milk dipping sauce! We will definitely come back and appreciate this gem in the wall. The area around is a bit sketchy but they have been in Tucson for a little over 4 years. They didnt have changing table but the bathrooms were clean. two bathrooms not a multi stall one so you would have to wait if someone was using it. the servers were so kind and very nice answering all our questions.
