As a long-time customer, I was really upset to see the recent negative reviews about this restaurant. PotWhale Hotpot is NOT an all-you-can-eat restaurant, so some of these reviews seem very misleading. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but Potwhale is a hidden gem. The food was fantastic. Everything was fresh and the broth was delicious. The variety of vegetables is good and the carnivores in our group loved the prime beef. It was really busy and they could’ve used another server, but the server was going as fast as she could and was very responsive. We loved it and will definitely be back.
