“Stopped in at The Ramen Bar near Foothills Mall and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and well-balanced everything was. The poke bowl came with generous scoops of protein, and both the spicy tuna and salmon were fresh, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the sweet mango sauce drizzled on top. The ratio of mix-ins was spot on, and adding wonton strips gave it the exact crunch it needed without overpowering the bowl.
I also tried the fried squid, which was cooked nicely and came in these cute, two-bite pieces that were easy to enjoy. The green citrus-style sauce served with it was a highlight—bright, refreshing, and tasting like it had a touch of lemon juice. Even if they don’t have lemon wedges available, that sauce more than makes up for it.
Service was great as well. The young lady who helped us was friendly, attentive, and made the visit even better. Overall, really solid experience. Thanks again!“

“I live in Rochester NY and this is my favorite restaurant. I go to the one in college town or in Henrietta. The food is outstanding! I can have my rice bowls and teas any way I want them. The ingredients are always fresh and cold, and taste perfect!“

“My husband and I absolutely LOVE Ikkyu. We’ve made it a must do for our date night. I love the Udon and Hubby always gets the Volcano don. The customer service is amazing as well. Everyone is friendly and the food is always made super fast. I’ve never waited more than 15 for an order.“
