WATCH OUT!! Bad everything. They will over charge you and not correct transactions. Also, they had health department issues. Extremely questionable food prep practices. The women that run both locations are rude, dirty, and nasty.

Extremely rude! I went in almost 40 minutes after their opening time. Nobody was there, a woman came out from the back and I asked if I could order. She said they were not open so I asked what time they open, she said “when I'm done”.

Worst service. They charged my card and didn’t want to give me my food. Their faulty system didn’t record my transaction but the money was DEFINITELY pulled from my Apple Pay. When I asked for a refund she said she can’t do one because my transaction didn’t appear yet the money still never appeared back into my Apple Pay. She is making me come back until MONDAY to get my money instead of making me the order I PAID for. I literally begged her to just make me my order so I didn’t have to come back in a few days to get my refund. Make it make sense? Worst customer serve. Worst. Cheapskates.

Very very bad I'm from New Mexico i know good Mexican food and this is not it, the service is horrible, and on top of that most likely you will get a bug in your food, do your self a favor and don't go here.

I came to eat here with a sister of mine who wanted to treat me to some good food. Boy was I disappointed!! While I was eating the food that my sister purchased for me, I noticed something black in the lettuce that was on top of the rolled taquitos. When I checked It further and moved it aside, I noticed that it was a small fly. I could see it’s wings and little legs. My sister got up and went to report it to the cashier, who also checked it and said that it wasn’t. She wouldn’t reimburse my sister and didn’t want to give us a new food plate. I know I wasn’t seeing things. This place is one of the worst places I’ve ever ate. The rice was over cooked, salsa didn’t even look like salsa it was so watery. The amount of food for the price isn’t with it at all. Their customer service is awful!! And if that happened to me, it could happen to anyone. My advice? Don’t eat there!! I hope they close the restaurant.

I believe the Raspados were a lot better in the past. Over price for lots of ice also, they charge you $.38 for using your debit card and they forget to tell you that. Overall, I would go somewhere else.

We got a small mango and small strawberry. Loved the flavor, but didn’t appreciate how crunchy the ice was.

This place has gone down hill. Not sure what has happened. The customer service is horrendous. The raspados are tasty, but we are in Tucson there are a ton of better places to choose from. Don't bother stopping by.

Sooooo delicious!😋. Everything I love...is it a smoothie, is it ice cream, is it a slushie, is if whipped cream and crema? or fresh fruit? All the above!

They advertise their Sonoran Style hotdogs with peppers but don't really provide them upon purchasing. Absolutely disappointing and false advertisement at its best. Hot dog was mediocre too.

The mango raspado tastes awful. The cheese on Tostinachos was over cooked … service was not good. Not going back.
