Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Was the first time we ever had bad food/service. Very nice waitress, but highly overworked. We missed the movie. Ugh

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The absolute worst service at a Red Robin restaurant; did not look clean on the inside to begin with. We had a 25-minute wait (after being told it would be 10) we were sat down in an area full of dirty tables. Waitress finally arrived, took our drink order only to see her sit other customers down and take their order before ours after we had told her we were ready to order 😡. We were very disappointed and found her service as rude and inconsiderate. Needless to say we got up and told her to forget our order. After seeing other reviews for Red Robin at this location I was glad we didn't order because our dinner would have probably turned out just as horrible. 😮‍💨

Last few times, fries have been wimpy and cold. This time, they gave me a tavern burger size bun on a regular burger and the meat was kind of burnt on one side. Server was doing his best but kitchen is really really bad. There was also a smear on the side of the burger of some kind of red sauce but my burger came with Mayo. No ketchup. Just some slob, cross contaminating. It will be a looooong time, if ever, before I go back. Pretty much everyone I know, makes a face when Red Robin is brought up. You can tell, the kitchen has a real issue with cutting corners. Too bad. I used to love Red Robin.

Service was good at the start up until we ordered. After we had placed orders we got only two of the three servings for fries we had ordered but figured it was whatever and ate the fries. It took another 15 minutes for food to even begin coming out and it wasn't even hot at that point, it was hardly even warm. Not to mention the fact each time we ordered refills they would continuously bring out the wrong drink. Worst experience I've had in one of these restaurants.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the service, but whoever the associate who works, there is in the black “race car” who decides to torture and annoy the entire plaza with their terrible sounding, noisy backfiring
annoying car needs to stop. We all run business here, customers are annoyed with the noise you’re making, you’re driving recklessly within the plaza, and it should be brought to someone’s attention. Management you are welcome.

I did a online order and I showed up at the time that it said. They took the almost 45 minutes for them if I need help. I wait for almost a hour befor getting my foor

One of the worst experiences I've had at Red Robin. Not busy and waited over 15 minutes for our drink order . Fries were not hot and forget about the endless rootbeer floats. I can see why they are closing stores.

Food is great, bottomless sides, lots of options to choose from including a nice bar.
The only downside for me, is the location as it takes too long to get there from the east side of town.
